CLARA BEACHLER

PERRYVILLE -- Funeral service for Clara L. Beachler of Perryville will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Baumann Colonial Chapel in Overland. Burial will be in Lake Charles Memorial Park Cemetery at Bel Nor.

Friends may call at the chapel from 3-9 p.m. today.

Beachler, 91, died Wednesday, June 4, 1997, at Perry County Nursing Home.

She was born Oct. 15, 1905, in Jackson, daughter of Martin and Martha Kranawetter. She and Ray G. Beachler were married May 28, 1931, in Waterloo, Ill.

The Beachlers lived in Overland most of their married life, moving to Perryville several years ago.

Survivors include her husband; a son, Raymond Beachler of St. Charles; a brother, Otto Kranawetter of Cape Girardeau; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, son, brother, and sister.
