Clara B. Herren, 92, of Route 4, Jackson, died Friday, Jan. 3, 1992, at Jackson Manor in Jackson. She was born Feb. 28, 1899, at Glasco, Ky., daughter of George C. Shirley and Dora Anna Greer Shirley. She was first married to Hurley Strange. He died. She then married Fred Kellogg. He died. She married Waldo Herren in 1954. He preceded her in death Sept. 18, 1971...

Clara B. Herren, 92, of Route 4, Jackson, died Friday, Jan. 3, 1992, at Jackson Manor in Jackson.

She was born Feb. 28, 1899, at Glasco, Ky., daughter of George C. Shirley and Dora Anna Greer Shirley.

She was first married to Hurley Strange. He died. She then married Fred Kellogg. He died. She married Waldo Herren in 1954. He preceded her in death Sept. 18, 1971.

Survivors include a daughter, Helen Wright of St. Louis; a brother, Harley Shirley, Davidson, Canada; sisters, Mattie Peterson of Napanee, Ontario, Canada and Daisy Neville of Saskatchewan, Canada; six grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two sons.

She was member of Zion Southern Baptist Church.

Service will be held today at 1:30 p.m. at Lorberg Memorial Funeral Chapel, with Rev. S. S. Borum officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 9 a.m. today.
