Christy Marie Hewes, 47, of Cape Girardeau died on Wednesday, April 25, 2018, at Scott City.
She was born June 7, 1970, in Perryville, Missouri.
She was a delivery specialist at Aon Hewitt Insurance Co. She was a member of Rock Family Church in St. Louis and online games, KMK and Blades Edge.
She is survived by her father, Terry George (Linda) Weinrich of Marble Hill, Missouri, and her mother, Elizabeth "Betty" (Kevin) McElvain of Marble Hill.
Other survivors include four sons, Skye (Nicole) Hill of Scott City, Shae (Sandra Gonzalez) Hill of San Diego, Jon (Megan) Hewes of Cape Girardeau and Robert Hewes of Scott City; three sisters, Terri (Jason Criddle) Gramlisch of Delta, Kari (Mike) DeBrock of Marble Hill and Angel (Bill) Newell of Friedheim; a brother, Doug (Mindy) Koehler of Jackson; and four grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Elizabeth Weinrich, and her grandparents.
A celebration of life will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today and from 6:30 to 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Young and Sons Funeral Home.
Funeral will be at 9 a.m., with the Rev. Conrad Guenzler officiating. Burial will be in Crossroads Methodist Cemetery in Sedgewickville, Missouri.
Memorials are preferred to the funeral cost or family use.
