ADVANCE, Mo. -- Christine Crader, 88, of Advance passed away Sunday, June 18, 2017, at the Monticello House in Jackson.
She was born Sept. 18, 1928, at McGee, Missouri, the daughter of Noah and Mattie Duniphan Berrong Sr.
Christine was a teacher in the Advance School District for 37 years. She attended Brownwood General Baptist Church.
Christine and Robert "Bob" Crader were united in marriage May 20, 1950, at Zalma, Missouri, and he preceded her in death Nov. 27, 1997.
Survivors include a son, Dennis (Barbara) Crader of Advance; two grandsons, Jason Crader and Timothy Crader, both of Advance; four great-grandsons; and a step-great-grandson.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; two brothers, Junior and John Berrong; and a sister, Pauline Rodgers.
A graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Morgan Memorial Park in Advance. Officiating will be the Rev. Jason Crader and Timothy Crader.
