CHLOE ANN JOHNS

JACKSON -- Funeral for Chloe Ann Johns of Jackson will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at Cracraft-Miller Funeral Home. The Rev. Sam Roethemeyer will officiate, with burial in Russell Heights Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 4-8 p.m. today.

Johns, 57, died Tuesday, June 16, 1998, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

She was born July 3, 1940, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of Cleo Elvin and Alta Fern Sample Johns Sr.

Johns attended public schools in Cape Girardeau, and Jackson Beauty School in Jackson. She had worked in the finishing department at Florsheim Shoe Co. the past 32 years.

Survivors include her father; and a brother, Cleo Edward Johns of Jackson.

She was preceded in death by her mother.
