BENTON -- Chester S. Mack, 81, of Benton, died Monday, July 1, 1991, at Southeast Missouri Hospital.
He was born July 1, 1910, at Bloomfield, son of John and Gertrude Brookshire Mack. He and the former Pauline Hefflin were married April 21, 1932, at Benton.
Mack had owned and operated Mack's Printing Co. at Benton. He was a member of United Methodist Church here.
Survivors include his wife; three sons, James and David Mack of Benton, John Mack of Scott City; seven daughters, Wanda Rochell of Ocoee, Fla., Glenda Gosnell of Lake City, Fla., Mary Hinton and Bonnie Sitze of Cape Girardeau, Polly Polacek of Waterloo, Ill., Brenda Glenn of Jackson, Connie Spence of High Ridge; 16 grandchildren, and 18 great-grandchildren.
He weas preceded in death by a daughter, three brothers and a sister.
Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. today at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel here. The Rev. John Gregory will officiate, with burial in Oakdale Cemetery at Commerce.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 8 a.m. until time of service.
