MARBLE HILL, Mo. -- Charley J. Durham, 91, of Marble Hill died Tuesday, Dec. 5, 2000, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
He was born Aug. 9, 1909, at Lowndes, Mo., son of George M. and Pheraby Ritchey Durham.
Durham was a retired public school teacher. He was a member of Lowndes Methodist Church, past member of Zalma Masonic Lodge and Order of Eastern Star.
Survivors include a brother, Henry Durham of Marble Hill, and a sister, Almeta Thomas of Clifton, Colo.
He was preceded in death by two brothers and three sisters.
Friends may call at Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill from 4-8 p.m. today.
Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Gerald Huff officiating. Burial will be in Bollinger County Memorial Park Cemetery.
