Charles Toler

Charles Toler, 70, of New Madrid, Mo., died Saturday, Aug. 19, 2006, at his home. He was born Dec. 21, 1935, in Cardwell, Mo., son of Charles Monroe and Elsie McCormack Toler. Toler was a member of the Masonic Lodge in New Madrid. Survivors include a son, Roy Toler of Cape Girardeau; a brother, Tommy May of New Madrid; and a sister in St. Louis...

Charles Toler, 70, of New Madrid, Mo., died Saturday, Aug. 19, 2006, at his home.

He was born Dec. 21, 1935, in Cardwell, Mo., son of Charles Monroe and Elsie McCormack Toler.

Toler was a member of the Masonic Lodge in New Madrid.

Survivors include a son, Roy Toler of Cape Girardeau; a brother, Tommy May of New Madrid; and a sister in St. Louis.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a son and an infant brother.

The funeral will be at 10 a.m. today at Richards Funeral Home in New Madrid, with the Rev. Cy Smith officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery in New Madrid.
