PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Charles H. Oswald, 66, of Perryville died Tuesday, Oct. 30, 2018, at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau.
He was born July 22, 1952, in Perryville, son of Martin Louis and Ruth L. Mueller Oswald. He and Connie S. Leimbach were married March 30, 1985. She survives in Perryville.
Charles was formerly self-employed as a wood and mulch hauler. He was a member of the Immanuel Lutheran Church.
Other survivors include a son, Kenneth Oswald of Perryville; a brother, Martin (Kristina) Oswald of Ferguson, Missouri; and twin stepsisters, Mary Hanssen and Martha Heimbaugh of Frederick, Colorado. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Louis Oswald.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday and from 6:30 to 9 a.m. Monday at Young and Sons Funeral Home.
Funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Immanuel Lutheran Church, with the Rev. Matthew Marks officiating. Burial will be in the Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery.
