MARBLE HILL, Mo. -- Charles Winford Long, 86, of Marble Hill died Thursday, Oct. 10, 2019, at Woodland Hills.
Born on Oct. 22, 1932, in Marble Hill, he was the son of Florence and Lily Rambo Long. He married Bonnie Jane Welker on March 20, 1954, in Lutesville, Missouri. She preceded him in death May 25, 2012.
Charles was a retired timber cutter.
He is survived by his daughters, Pam (Kevin) Boyer of Glen Allen, Missouri, and Tammy (Lloyd) Broshuis of Marble Hill; brother, Junior (Linda) Long of Marble Hill; five grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren
He was predeceased by a son, Dennis Long, and a brother.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Hutchings Funeral Chapel in Marble Hill.
Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home. The Rev. Elijah Allen will officiate. Burial will be in Glen Allen Cemetery.
