ANNA, Ill. -- Charles E. Blaylock, 80, of Anna, died Thursday, April 6, 1995, at his home.
He was born Sept. 21, 1914, in McClure, the son of Logan and Edith Wilson Blaylock. He married Annie Rogers in Jonesboro on July 18, 1936.
Blaylock worked in road construction and was a member of the Woodmen of the World. He attended the Baptist church.
Survivors are his wife; four daughters, Shirley Moss of Dutchtown, Mo., Katherine Ury of Jonesboro, Norma Collins of Alhambra and June Campbell of Cape Girardeau; two brothers, Fred Blaylock of Anna and Sterling Blaylock of North Platte, Neb.; one sister, Edith Nancy of Jonesboro; 10 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by three brothers.
Friends may call after 4 p.m. today at Hileman and Parr Funeral Home.
Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home with the Rev. Larry Proffer officiating.
