Cecil Franklin

JONESBORO, Ill. -- Cecil E. Franklin, 80, of Jonesboro died Sunday, Dec. 9, 2012, at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis.

He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Rendleman and Hileman Funeral Home in Anna, Ill.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Les Sinks officiating. Burial will be in Anna Cemetery with military honors by Carroll P. Foster VFW Post 3455 in Anna, and Illinois National Guard Funeral Honors Team in Marion, Ill.
