Cathy Stoffregen, 61, of Delta passed away Monday, Sept. 19, 2011, at the family home. She was born July 13, 1950, in Caruthersville, Mo., daughter to the late Raymond and Olva Johnson McCoy. She and Wayne Stoffregen were married Feb. 21, 1975. Survivors include her husband of the home; two daughters, Mary Beth (Brian) Eeftink of Glennon, Mo., Jeena Barber of Cape Girardeau; two brothers, Gerald McCoy of Caruthersville, Curtis McCoy of Niland, Calif.; four sisters, Glenda Kluesner of Warrington, Mo., Shirley Bailey of Arnold, Mo., Emma Gan of Imperial, Mo., Patricia Jones of Delta; five grandchildren, Sydney, Blake and Brady Eeftink and Anthony and Andrew Barber.. ...

She was preceded in death by her parents, five brothers and a sister.

Friends may call after 4 p.m. Wednesday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee.

The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at the chapel, with the Rev. Ralph Duffner as celebrant. Burial will be in St. Anthony Catholic Cemetery at Glennon.
