SEDGEWICKVILLE -- Funeral for Carroll Lynn Cook Jr. of Sedgewickville will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Little Whitewater Baptist Church. The Rev. Daniel Hale will officiate, with burial in Pulliam Cemetery.
Friends may call at Cracraft-Miller Funeral Home in Jackson from 5-8 p.m. today.
Cook, 28, died Saturday, Oct. 24, 1998, at his home, following an illness.
He was born June 6, 1970, in Spearman, Texas, son of Carroll Lynn and Kitty Young Cook Sr. He and Melisa Repp were married Nov. 25, 1989.
Cook was a general contractor with Quality Remodeling. He was a member of Little Whitewater Church.
Survivors include his wife; a son, John Cook; a daughter, Elizabeth Cook, all of Altenburg; his mother of Sedgewickville; two brothers, Mike Cook of Ovalo, Texas, Steve Cook of Sedgewickville; two sisters, Cindy McConnell of Jackson, and Melinda Graves of Piggott, Ark.
He was preceded in death by his father, two brothers and a sister.
