CAROLINE STERN

PULASKI, Ill. -- Caroline Stern, 86, of Pulaski, died Tuesday, Feb. 25, 1992, at Daystar Care Center in Cairo.

She was born Dec. 24, 1905, in Pulaski, daughter of William and Adena Bour Wallace. She married Henry Stern, who died in 1954.

Stern was a member of First Christian Church here, and Order of Eastern Star.

Survivors include a niece and six nephews, including Carolyn Showmaker of Pulaski, Bill Wallace of Ann, and Karrell Wallace of Paducah, Ky.

Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. today at Barkett Funeral Chapel in Cairo. William Winters will officiate, with burial in Spencer Heights Cemetery at Mounds.
