CARL HARRISON

CHARLESTON -- Funeral service for Carl "Dickie" Harrison of Charleston will be held at noon today at Sparks Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Laverne Frazier will officiate, with burial in Oak Grove Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 10 a.m. to service time.

Harrison, 56, died Thursday, March 6, 1993, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.

He was born April 24, 1937, at Charleston, son of Luke and Albirta Jimmerson Harrison.

Harrison was a retired farmer and had worked for Don King Equipment Co. at Sikeston.

Survivors include a son, Carlos Griffin of Cairo, Ill.; a daughter, Alicia Verner of Charleston; a brother, Charles Tatum of Peoria, Ill., and a sister, Erma Harrison of Peoria.
