SIKESTON -- Calvin Walker, 46, of Bell City, Mo., died Friday, April 30 , 1993, at his home.
He was born Sept. 19, 1946, at Bell City, son of Vallet and Florence Davis Walker of Sikeston.
He was an employee of Procter and Gamble of Cape Girardeau and a member of the St. John Missionary Baptist Church in Sikeston.
Survivors include his mother; three sons, Richard Walker and Calvin Walker Jr., both of Sikeston, Sgt. Gregory Walker of the U.S. Army, presently stationed in Germany; two daughters, Tamara Walker of Cape Girardeau, Marcy Walker Booker of Fort Benning, Ga.; a brother, Willie B. Walker of Sikeston; a sister, Norma Jean Wright of Sikeston; and 10 grandchildren.
Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. Friday at the Williams-Farr and Purnell Funeral Home in Sikeston.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the West End Baptist Church in Sikeston, with the Rev. Slem E. Bronner Sr., officiating.
Burial will follow in Smith West End Cemetery in Sikeston.
