C. DOROTHY HUDGINGS

Funeral service for C. Dorothy Hudgings of Logansport, Ind., will be held at 1:30 p.m. today at Kroeger Funeral Chapel in Logansport. The Rev. Leo Haigerty will officiate, with burial in Ever-Rest Memorial Park Cemetery.

Hudgings, 80, died Tuesday, Oct. 26, 1993, at Memorial Hospital in Logansport.

She was born March 16, 1913, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of Henry F. and Elizabeth Bowman Schlue. She and Clay T. Hudgings were married July 9, 1937, in Cape Girardeau. He died Dec. 14, 1991.

Hudgings had been a salesclerk at Keller's Sire Shop. She was a member of All Saints Catholic Church, Rotary Anns, and past president of St. Joseph Hospital Auxiliary, all in Logansport.

Survivors include a son, Clay Hudgings of Mt. Holly, Vt.; three daughters, Jeanne Jenkins of Jackson, Susie Bromley of Orange, Texas, Margaret Barnes of Texas; four sisters, Barbara, Virginia and Ruth Schlue and Mary DeGuire, all of Cape Girardeau; eight grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a grandson, four brothers and two sisters.
