ADVANCE, Mo. -- Bonnie Jean Hendrix, 79, of Advance passed away Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2013, at Chaffee Nursing Center.
She was born Feb. 12, 1934, at Sturdivant, Mo., daughter of Edward and Clara Cooper Limbaugh. Bonnie and Lando Hendrix were married Aug. 28, 1948, in Piggott, Ark. He preceded her in death Sept. 18, 1982. She later married Tony Hunt on April 23, 1983, in Greenbrier, Mo. He preceded her in death Nov. 5, 2010.
Bonnie worked at Inland Shoe Factory in Advance. She attended Greenbrier Assembly of God Church.
Survivors include two sons, Eddie (Carla) Hendrix of Advance and Terry (Pauletta) Hendrix of Greenbrier; five grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Erlene Tidwell; a brother, J.D. Limbaugh; and a granddaughter, Kimberly Ann Hendrix.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until time of service today at Morgan Funeral Chapel.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. today at the chapel, with the Rev. James Johns officiating. Burial will be in Morgan Memorial Park.
