MORLEY, Mo. -- Bobby Powers, 60, son of the late, Robert Lee Powers and Edith Mae Peel Dollins was born on May 8, 1961, in Marshall, Missouri, and departed this on Monday, Dec. 13, 2021, in Morley.
He was a former truck driver for SEMO Ready Mix and a resident of Morley.
On Oct. 23, 1998, he was united in marriage to Tina Dollins. She survives of the home in Morley.
Besides his wife, survivors include four sons, Brandon Osborn of Gans, Oklahoma, Bobby (Kegan) Joe Powers Jr. of Camdenton, Missouri, Burley (Haleigh) Joe Powers of Essex, Missouri, and Chris (Heidi) Martin of Marshall; three daughters, Christina Powers of Marshall, Ashley Dodson of Parma, Missouri, and Jodi Powers of Morley; one brother, Billy Dollins of Marshall; five sisters, Linda Brewington of Marshall, Mary (LIZ) Pittmann of Fort Smith, Arkansas, Lisa White and Jackie White both of Marshall, and Ester Powers of Slater, Missouri; and by 10 grandchildren.
Besides his parents, and step-parents, Mary Powers and Jack Dollins, he was preceded in death by one son, Joshua Powers, one daughter, Cheyenne Powers, one brother, Larry Powers, two sisters, Edna Meeks and Karen Dollins; also, by three grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. on Thursday at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Home in Oran, Missouri.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at the funeral home with the Rev. Brain Flannigan officiating. Interment will follow in the New Morley Cemetery in Morley.
