Bobby Jean Langston, 76, of Dover, Tenn., died Tuesday, Jan. 24, 2006, at Gateway Medical Center. He was born Jan. 23, 1930, in Cape Girardeau, son of Harry and Bertha McHenry Langston. He married Nancy Worhtam. Langston was retired from the U.S. Army. He had also been a truck driver and worked at Gateway Ford. He was a member of Fort Donelson Memorial United Methodist Church and its United Methodist Men, and Moriah Grove Lodge 301 AF&AM...

Langston was retired from the U.S. Army. He had also been a truck driver and worked at Gateway Ford. He was a member of Fort Donelson Memorial United Methodist Church and its United Methodist Men, and Moriah Grove Lodge 301 AF&AM.

Survivors include his wife; three sons, Kenny York of Nashville, Tenn., Tommy Langston of Clarksville, Tenn., Ricky York of Dover; two daughters, Barbara Polen of Perryville, Mo., Connie Gelande of Dover; a brother, Leonard Langston of Millersville; seven grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.

Friends may call at Anglin Funeral Home in Dover from 4 to 8 p.m. today, and 8 a.m. to service time Saturday.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with Don Bailey and Brian Gelande officiating. Burial will be in Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
