Bo "Bobby" Hurley, 47, died Thursday, May 25, 2000, at the Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.
Born Sept. 4, 1952 in Bertrand, he was the son of Pauletta Hooper and the late Gene Hooper.
He was the owner and operator of Bo's Jewelry and Pawn Shop in Sikeston.
On March 10, 1986, he married Terri Hasty, who survives.
In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by a son, Dale Hurley of Sikeston; a daughter, Wendi Taylor of Little Rock, Ark.; three brothers, David Hurley of Sikeston, Pete Hooper of Guttenberg, Iowa, and Tony Hooper of Benton; five sisters, Carol Jean Hooper of Jackson, Sandy Woodruff of Bardwell, Ky., Libbie Downing of Sikeston, Becky Boyer and Kelly Brown, both of Bertrand; and a grandson.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the Ponder Funeral Home in Sikeston.
Funeral will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, at the First Christian Church, with the Rev. Ed. Pangburn officiating. Burial will follow in the Bluff-Idalia Cemetery at Idalia.
