Blonn Earnhart
ANNA, Ill. -- Blonn Earnhart, 92, of Anna died at 1:30 p.m. Friday, April 17, 2009, at City Care Center in Anna.
She was born June 14, 1916, in Union County, Ill., daughter of Willis and Narola Yates Treece. Blonn married George E. Earnhart on March 2, 1938, in Cape Girardeau. He preceded her in death Dec. 15, 1994.
Survivors include two children, Barbara Jones of Anna and Sharon Annette Lutz of St. Charles, Ill.; three grandchildren, Cheryl Gee of Carbondale, Ill., Robin Johnston, and Wendy Danielson, both of Maple Park, Ill., four great-grandchildren, Jessica Rendleman, Natalie Gee, Megan Danielson and Kendall Johnston; one great-great grandchild, Jackson Rendleman; three nieces, Lois Clutts, Joyce Miller and Shirley Spurlock; other relatives and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, George E. Earnhart; a brother, Raymond Treece; and three sisters, Flora Treece, Elsie Treece and Jewell Watkins.
Blonn was a member of the Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church for more than 75 years.
Friends may call from noon until the funeral service Sunday at Rendleman and Hileman Funeral Home in Anna.
Funeral services for Earnhart will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, April 19, 2009, at the funeral home, with the Rev. Paul Sadler officiating.
Interment will be in the Ebenezer Hall Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
