Lentz, 103, died Wednesday, Sept. 29, 1993, at Union County Hospital in Anna.

She was born Sept. 15, 1890, in Fulton, Ky., daughter of Alexander Burr and Ophelia Blanche Hartley McCown.

Lentz was a member of the Presbyterian Church.

Survivors include a daughter, Margaret Blodgett of Vienna; a son, Glenn Lentz of Port Orchard, Wash.; a sister, Lucille Hudson of Mound City; several grandchildren; great-grandchildren; great-great-grandchildren, and great-great-great-grandchildren.
