PORTAGEVILLE, Mo. -- Billy Wayne Grisso, 61, of Portageville died Thursday, May 24, 2007, at Pemiscot Memorial Hospital in Hayti, Mo. PORTAGEVILLE, Mo. -- Billy Wayne Grisso, 61, of Portageville died Thursday, May 24, 2007, at Pemiscot Memorial Hospital in Hayti, Mo.

He was born Feb. 25, 1946, in Mississippi County, Mo., son of John Wiley "Bill" and Willie Sue Ray Grisso.

He was formerly of Charleston, Mo. He had worked at Hart's Bakery in St. Louis.

Survivors include three brothers, Eugene Grisso of Scott County, Mo., Jimmy Grisso of Portageville, Kenneth Grisso of East Prairie, Mo.; two sisters, Barbara Warren of East Prairie, and Dorothy Murphy of Rockford, Ill.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to service time Wednesday at McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston.

The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Gerald Penn officiating. Burial will be in IOOF Cemetery near Charleston.
