MORLEY -- Beulah Lee Cook, 88, of Morley, died Wednesday, June 16, 1993, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
She was born July 11, 1904, in Lamar, Ark., daughter of Charles and Maude Moss Cowell. She and Boyd Wallace Cook were married Dec. 25, 1920. He died Aug. 25, 1976.
The Cooks moved here in 1941 from Lamar. She was a member of Cumberland Presbyterian Church at Cherry Grove.
Survivors include two sons, Cleve Cook, Oran Route 1, Lee Cook, Oran Route 2; a daughter, Doris Kyle of Morley; a brother, Charles Cowell of Bakersfield, Calif.; three sisters, Elsie Patterson and Geneva Kieth of Vanduser, Winona Griffin of Bloomfield; eight grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren, and a great-great-grandchild.
Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Oran. The Rev. Mark McDaniel will officiate, with burial in Forest Hills Memorial Gardens.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 6 p.m. today.
