Betty Nettler

ADVANCE, Mo. -- Betty J. Nettler, 73, of Advance entered into rest Wednesday, April 2, 2003, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

She was born Jan. 18, 1930, at Brownwood, Mo., daughter of Laurence and Eula Smith Williams. Betty was united in marriage to Larry Nettler June 18, 1966, in St. Louis. He preceded her in death Nov. 14, 1992.

Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Johnnie and Shela Williams of Advance; a daughter and son-in-law, Donna and Sam Finders of Bellflower, Mo.; seven grandchildren, Cassandra Jolliff and Storm Williams of Advance, Sarah Finders, Jon Finders and Bob Finders of Warrenton, Mo., Shane Fitzpatrick of Cape Girardeau; five great-grandchildren, Steven Jolliff of Advance, Brandon Likes, Trevor Finders, Eli Finders, all of Warrenton, Hannah Finders of Montgomery City, Mo.; four sisters, Georgia Robins of Sullivan, Mo., Rita VanMatre of Dexter, Mo., Lois Arsta of Columbia, Mo., and Sandy Smith of Clarkton, Mo.

Three brothers and a sister preceded her in death.

Friends may call at Morgan Funeral Home from 6 to 8 p.m. today.

The funeral will be at 9 a.m. Saturday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, with the Rev. Frederick Lutz officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
