Bessie Pearl Grasso, 83, of The Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau, died Friday, June 23, 1995.
She was born April 28, 1912 at Helper, Utah, daughter of Benjamin Moses and Anna Pearl Jones Davies.
She married Russell A. Grasso on April 16, 1930, in Helper. He preceded her in death April 1, 1977.
She was a claims agent for United Pacific Insurance Co. and a member of the Church of Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints.
She is survived by three sons, Gerald Grasso of Marble Hill, Charles Grasso of Fairfax, Calif., and Harvey Grasso of Castro Valley, Calif.; two brothers, Raymond Davies of Helper and Hershal Davies of Aurora, Colo.; a sister, Luella Smith of Grantsville, Utah; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
Five brothers preceded her in death.
Friends may call today at 6 p.m. at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Diana Cook officiating. Burial will be in Lightner Cemetery in Scott City.
