PERRYVILLE -- Bessie E. Huber, 80, of Perryville, died Monday, March 8, 1993, at her home. She was born Oct. 25, 1912, at Claryville, daughter of Dennis and Nellie Preston Valleroy. She and Lucius W. Huber were married June 23, 1946. Huber owned and operated Mod-O-Day Clothing Store. She was a member of St. Vincent's Church and CB Club...

PERRYVILLE -- Bessie E. Huber, 80, of Perryville, died Monday, March 8, 1993, at her home.

She was born Oct. 25, 1912, at Claryville, daughter of Dennis and Nellie Preston Valleroy. She and Lucius W. Huber were married June 23, 1946.

Huber owned and operated Mod-O-Day Clothing Store. She was a member of St. Vincent's Church and CB Club.

Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Marilyn Merk of St. Louis; a brother, Frank Gaebel of Wisconsin; a sister, Edna Fox of Perryville, and two grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister.

Funeral mass will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Vincent's Church. The Rev. Sam Mages will officiate, with burial in Mt. Hope Cemetery.

Friends may call at Young and Sons Funeral Home from 5-9 p.m. today, and 6:30-9:45 a.m. Thursday. The parish wake is at 7 tonight.
