BESSIE B. HOWELL

WYATT -- Bessie B. Howell, 82, formerly of Wyatt, died Saturday, Aug. 14, 1993 at the Miner Nursing Facility.

She was born Aug. 20, 1910 in Steele, daughter of Will and Lillie Cotner. She had lived in Mississippi County most of her life and was of Baptist faith.

On Dec. 30, 1926, she married Mike R. Howell, who preceded her in death Jan. 8, 1985.

One son, three brothers and two sisters also preceded her in death.

Surviving are one son, Roy R. Howell, Ozark, Ala.; one daughter, Anna Mae Berry, Sikeston; 12 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.

Friends may call after 5 p.m. Sunday at the McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday at the funeral home with Cline Ables of Sikeston officiating.

Burial will follow in the Calvary Cemetery.
