CHAFFEE -- Memorial service for Bertie N. Ouellette of Portland, Ore., was held Jan. 16 at Gateway Little Chapel of the Chimes there. She died Dec. 27, 1992, in a Portland hospital. Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Vikki Gillespie, both of Portland; three sisters, Alene Maxwell, Leona Story and Agnes Dobbs, all of Chaffee, and a granddaughter.

She was preceded in death by three sisters.
