VILLA RIDGE, Ill. -- Bertha Pearl Stoner, 90, of Mounds, Ill., died Sunday, Feb. 21, 1993, at the Charleston Manor Nursing Home in Charleston.
She was born Aug. 24, 1902, in Dongola, Ill., daughter of Wilford and Cora Keller Sheffner.
She was married to Leslie David Stoner. He died Nov. 28, 1921.
She attended the First Baptist Church in Mounds, Ill.
Survivors include a son, Myrell Stoner of Mounds, Ill.; a brother, Charlie Sheffner of Benton, Ky.; and two sisters, Cleeta Keller of Marion, Ill., Violet Lingle of Benton, Ky.
Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday at the Jones Funeral Home in Villa Ridge, Ill.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday the Jones Funeral Home in Villa Ridge, Ill., with the Rev. F.M. Speakman officiating.
Burial will follow Green Lawn Memorial Garden in Villa Ridge, Ill.
