Bertha Loretta Snider, 95, of Cape Girardeau, died Monday, Sept. 9, 1991, at Southeast Missouri Hospital. She was born April 9, 1906, at Chaffee, daughter of George A. and Mollie A. Glaus Harris. She married Clarence Butler Snider March 22, 1924, at Jackson. He died Aug. 17, 1974...

Bertha Loretta Snider, 95, of Cape Girardeau, died Monday, Sept. 9, 1991, at Southeast Missouri Hospital.

She was born April 9, 1906, at Chaffee, daughter of George A. and Mollie A. Glaus Harris. She married Clarence Butler Snider March 22, 1924, at Jackson. He died Aug. 17, 1974.

Survivors include a son, Jack Snider of El Cajon, Calif.; three daughters, Zelma Bradley of Carterville, Ill., Erma Gregory of Cape Girardeau, Doris Hileman of Spring Valley, Calif.; eight grandchildren, and 18 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, four brothers, three sisters and a grandson.

Funeral service will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Ford and Sons Sprigg Street Chapel. The Rev. Ernest Swartz will officiate, with burial in Fairmount Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 6-8 p.m. today.
