ORAN -- Beatrice Inman, 88, of Oran died Friday, Jan. 26, 1996, at Cox Hospital South in Springfield. She was born Oct. 11, 1907, in Diehlstadt, the daughter of Alex and Sarah Hamblin Wagoner. She married Leslie Inman Aug. 29, 1923. He died Sept. 26, 1978...

ORAN -- Beatrice Inman, 88, of Oran died Friday, Jan. 26, 1996, at Cox Hospital South in Springfield.

She was born Oct. 11, 1907, in Diehlstadt, the daughter of Alex and Sarah Hamblin Wagoner. She married Leslie Inman Aug. 29, 1923. He died Sept. 26, 1978.

She was a seamstress, retiring from Lambert's Fabrics, and a member of the First Baptist Church in Oran.

Survivors are one daughter, Jean Wolsey of Springfield, 10 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.

She also was preceded in death by one son, one brother and three sisters.

Friends may call after 5 p.m. Sunday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Oran.

Funeral service will be Monday at 2 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Oran with the Rev. Jack Bishop officiating. Burial will be in Friends Cemetery at Oran.
