Barbara A. Warren, 71, of Cape Girardeau died Wednesday, March 20, 2013, at Southeast Hospital.
She was born April 20, 1941, in Portageville, Mo., to Rex Leon and Ivry Belle Phoenix Hutton.
Barbara enjoyed going to the Hoover Center at Southeast Missouri State University and loved her many friends there.
She was the beloved mother of three daughters, Gloria (Brad) Tuschhoff of Cape Girardeau, Beverly (Jamie) McDowell of East Prairie, Mo., and Kristin (Mike) Jervis of Linden, Va.; a son, James (Jamie) Warren Jr. of East Prairie; loving nana to nine grandchildren, Justin Gribble, Justin and Levi Tuschhoff all of Cape Girardeau, Jonathon Tanner of Jackson, Steven Tanner of Oak Ridge, Jacob Patrick of Charleston, Mo., Matthew Dorris, Jonathan and LeighAnn Warren, all of East Prairie; and a great-grandchild, Darrin Tanner of Jackson.
Also four sisters, Mary Riley, Martha (William) Rasberry and Reba Mills, all of Sikeston, Mo., Maxine (Terry) Petersen of Golden, Colo.; four brothers, Doyle (Floyce) Hutton of Sikeston, Thomas (Gwen) Hutton of De Soto, Mo., Donald (Janet) Hutton of Richmond, Ind., and James David Hutton of Morehouse, Mo.; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Billy Leon and Richard Lee Hutton.
Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday at Crain Funeral Home.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home, with the Rev. S. Michael Malone officiating. Interment will be in Fairmount Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or Relay for Life, and will be accepted at the funeral home.
