Barbara Steinhoff

MARBLE HILL, Mo. -- Barbara Ann Steinhoff, 81, of Marble Hill died Wednesday, Feb. 11, 2015, at Woodland Hills Nursing Center in Marble Hill.

Born in Lutesville, Missouri, on March 19, 1933, she was the daughter of Tom and Eula Mungle Steinhoff. She was raised in Lutesville by her mother and stepfather, Roy Gill.

She worked until retirement as a secretary for the Bollinger County Farm Bureau Insurance Agency. She was a member of Marble Hill United Methodist Church.

Survivors include cousins, Jason and Stephanie Nanney of Whitewater, Donna Vierk of Crete, Illinois, and Dale Miller of Aurora, Illinois; and a special friend, Jackie Seiler of Marble Hill.

Visitation will be 9 a.m. until service time Monday at Hutchings Funeral Chapel in Marble Hill.

The funeral services will be at 11 a.m. at the chapel, with the Rev. Michael Hargraves officiating. Burial will follow in Bollinger County Memorial Park Cemetery near Marble Hill.
