AUDREY SORRELLS

EAST PRAIRIE, Mo. -- Audrey A. Sorrells, 61, of East Prairie died Sunday, Dec. 17, 2000, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

She was born Sept. 8, 1939, in St. Louis, daughter of Arthur and Viola Henke McBride. She and Bill Sorrells were married June 10, 1967.

Sorrells lived in St. Louis most of her life, where she was vice president of Title Insurers, Inc., in Clayton, Mo. She lived near East Prairie the past nine years and was a member of the Nelson United Methodist Church there.

Survivors include her husband; two brothers, Arthur McBride of O'Fallon, Mo., and Jerald McBride of St. Louis County; and a sister, Kette Reeder of Columbia, Mo.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Friends may call from 11:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. Wednesday at Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie.

Graveside service will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Dogwood Cemetery. Brother Jerry Willer will officiate.
