BERTRAND -- Arneeda E. Hornback Alberson, 74, of Bertrand died Saturday, July 3, 1999, at the Bertrand Nursing Facility.
She was born March 20, 1925, near Charleston to Luther Emory and Mary Columbia Guge Loflin.
She married Marvin A. Hornback on Jan. 10, 1946. He died May 16, 1963.
On June 9, 1987, she married Elvis E. Alberson. He died Aug. 12, 1991.
She was of the Pentecost faith and was a housewife.
She is survived by two sons, Michael E. Hornback of Sikeston and Rickey D. Hornback of Sikeston; three brothers, Wallace "Toby" Loflin of San Antonio, Texas, Merle Loflin of La Grange, Ill., and Gene Loflin of Savannah, Ga.; a sister, Freda Clark of Bandera, Texas; four grandchildren; and three step-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her stepmother, two brothers and a sister.
Friends may call from 5 until 8 tonight at the Nunnelee Funeral Chapel.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in the chapel, with the Revs. Tom Bridges and Billie Butler officiating.
Burial will follow in the Garden of Memories Cemetery in Sikeston.
