Anthony "Tony" Ruch, 20, 25 S. Sprigg, died Wednesday, April 15, 1992, at his home.
He was born Sept. 16, 1971, in Cape Girardeau, son of Richard L. and Angela Leimer Ruch Sr.
Ruch was a 1989 graduate of Jackson High School. He had worked for Defenders at Procter & Gamble, and for approximately 18 months had worked at Del Farm. He served in the U.S. Army Reserve Medical Unit in 1988-89.
Survivors include his father of Cape Girardeau; his mother, Angela Miller, Jackson Route 1; a brother, Richard Ruch Jr. of Cape Girardeau; maternal grandfather, Gilbert Leimer, Jackson Route 1, and paternal great-grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. John Self of Oak Ridge.
Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Friday at McCombs Funeral Chapel in Jackson. The Rev. David Dissen will officiate, with burial in St. John's Cemetery at Pocahontas.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 4-8 p.m. today.
