Annis Lee Heuer, 90, of Cape Girardeau, went to be with the Lord Thursday, Nov. 26, 2009 at Ratliff Care Center.
She was born Dec. 30, 1918 in Randles, Mo., the daughter of William H. and Ethel E. Seabaugh Godwin.
She and Herbert H. Heuer were married in 1940 at Springfield, Mo. He died in March 1974.
Annis was the bookkeeper at Heuer & Sons Implement Co., the family-owned business, for over 20 years. She was a sales representative for Fashion-Two-Twenty Cosmetics.
She was a member of St. Andrew Lutheran Church and the Ladies Auxiliary to VFW Post 3838.
Survivors include one son, Gary W. (Cindy) Heuer of Cape Girardeau; and one sister, Helen (Paul) Edwards of Cape Girardeau; six grandchildren, Jacki (Bob) Glastetter, Chris (Janna) Clubb, Aleisha (Jeff) Breen, Stephanie (Dave) Newman, Cody Heuer, TeJay Heuer; three great-grandchildren, Hayden Clubb, Bailey Clubb, Kayla Newman.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one daughter, Cheryl Clubb in 1974, and one sister, Velma Kiehne.
Friends may call 3 to 6 p.m. Sunday at Ford & Sons Mt. Auburn Funeral Home.
Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Ford & Sons Mt. Auburn Funeral Home with the Rev. Loren Boettcher officiating.
Burial will follow at Cape County Memorial Park in Cape Girardeau.
Memorial contributions may be given to St. Andrew Lutheran Church.
