PERKINS -- Annie Blackwood, 91, of Perkins, died Sunday, June 20, 1993, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.
She was born Feb. 27, 1902, at Newton, Ark., daughter of Thomas and Sarah Wood Humphreys. She and Perry Blackwood were married April 6, 1909, at Clarksville, Ark. He died June 13, 1957.
Blackwood was a member of Perkins Missionary Baptist Church.
Survivors include a son, Arnold Blackwood of Vanduser; two brothers, Lillian Pearson of Russellville, Ark., Oleta Blackwood of Vanduser; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by three sisters.
Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Morgan Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Robert Francis will officiate, with burial in Forest Hills Memorial Gardens at Morley.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday.
