CHARLESTON -- Annetta Gillespie, 76, of Charleston, died Tuesday, Nov. 10, 1992, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston. She was born July 27, 1916, at Charleston, daughter of Jacob L. and Mary Rush Steele Priester. She and Frank S. Gillespie were married March 25, 1938, at Charleston...

CHARLESTON -- Annetta Gillespie, 76, of Charleston, died Tuesday, Nov. 10, 1992, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.

She was born July 27, 1916, at Charleston, daughter of Jacob L. and Mary Rush Steele Priester. She and Frank S. Gillespie were married March 25, 1938, at Charleston.

Survivors include her husband; a son, Jacob Gillespie of Madrid, Spain; a daughter, Mary Gillespie of Amesbury, Mass.; a sister, Jane Hermance of Warsaw, Mo., and two grandchildren.

Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston, with the Rev. Gary Carter officiating. Burial will be at a later date in IOOF Cemetery.
