ANNA, Ill. -- Anne E. DeHaven, 82, of Anna formerly of Cairo, Ill., died Saturday, Sept. 9, 2006, at her home.
She was born Aug. 29, 1924, in Cairo, daughter of George D. and Catherine Carter Mattingly. She and Sam R. DeHaven were married.
She was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Cairo.
Survivors include two daughters, April Anne Long of Anna, Priscella DeHaven Jones of Mehlville, Mo.; two sons, Samuel J. DeHaven of Prescott, Wis., George T. DeHaven of Jefferson City, Mo.; two sisters, Catherine Cave of Cairo, Martha Mattingly of Tamms, Ill.; a brother, George A. Mattingly of Cairo; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband and sister.
There is no visitation.
Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Barkett Funeral Home in Cairo, with Monsignor Bill McGhee officiating. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery in Villa Ridge, Ill.
