Anna E. Sledge, 100, of Cape Girardeau died Friday, Dec. 9, 2005, at the Lutheran Home.
She was born Dec. 8, 1905, in Vanduser, Mo., daughter of William and Hattie Huffman Harmon.
She and Warner Sledge were married March 14, 1925, in Cape Girardeau. He died Sept. 15, 1987.
She was a member of First General Baptist Church.
Survivors include her son, Marvin R. Sledge of Warner Robbins, Ga.; a daughter, Sister M. Diane (Lois) Sledge of Wheaton, Ill.; nine grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and 10 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, two brothers and two sisters.
Friends may call at the Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Home from 5 to 7 p.m. today.
Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, with Robert Housby officiating. Burial will be in Lorimier Cemetery.
