MARBLE HILL -- Anna Marie Robbins, 78, of Marble Hill died Tuesday, Sept. 28, 1999, at NHC Health Care Center in Maryland Heights.
She was born Aug. 8, 1921, in Osceola, Ark., daughter of Alfred and Chaney Simmons King. She and Thomas Edward Robbins were married April 16, 1938. He died April 28, 1985.
Robbins was a member of Mt. Zion General Baptist Church.
Survivors include seven sons, the Rev. Carl Robbins of Irving, Texas, Dan Robbins of Keller, Texas, Bruce and Randy Robbins of Marble Hill, Michael, Gary and Jeffrey Robbins of St. Louis.
Also surviving are seven daughters, Shirley Difani of Maryland Heights, Betty Fipps of Irving, Linda Raulston of St. Peters, Hazel Henderson of St. Louis, Diana Gallamore of Bolivar, Margaret Lawrence of Festus, Katherine Frymire of Cape Girardeau; 42 grandchildren; and 37 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, a brother, four sisters, and two grandchildren.
Friends may call at Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill from 4-8 p.m. today.
Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Friendship General Baptist Church in Grassy. The Revs. Lloyd Ray Green, Bobby Robbins and Gene Robbins will officiate. Burial will be in Grassy Cemetery.
