EAST PRAIRIE -- Funeral service for Andrew C.B. Youngblood, East Prairie Route 2, was held Saturday at Shelby Funeral Chapel. The Revs. Bob Williams and Ernest Brown officiated, with burial in East Prairie Memorial Park Cemetery.
Youngblood, 74, died Thursday, Dec. 30, 1993, at Missouri Delta Medical Center.
He was born June 21, 1919, in Winchester, Ark., son of William and Fannie Brown Youngblood. He and Faye Conyers were married July 2, 1946.
Youngblood was a retired construction worker. He was a member and deacon of First General Baptist Church here. He served in the U.S. Air Force during World War II.
Survivors include his wife; two sons, Andy Youngblood of East Prairie, Marty Youngblood of Urbandale, Ill.; two daughters, Brenda Brewer of East Prairie, Beverly Miller of Lewisburg, Ky.; two sisters, Lillian Bradham of Poplar Bluff, Willie Feagan of Dexter; eight grandchildren, and a great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by three sons, a daughter and two brothers.
