EAST PRAIRIE -- Amy Eva Knupp, 87, of East Prairie Nursing Center, died Thursday, June 27, 1996, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.
She was born Dec. 22, 1908, in Mississippi County, daughter of Charles Moore and Maggie Elizabeth McElmurry Emory. She and Curtis Howard Knupp were married March 31, 1929.
Formerly of Anniston, Knupp was a member of New Bethel Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband; two sons, Charles Knupp of St. Louis, Donald Knupp of Nashville, Tenn.; two daughters, Marilyn Glenn, Charleston Route 3, Myrna Little of Scott City; two sisters, Margaret Schneider and Oma King of East Prairie; 10 grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by three brothers and three sisters.
Friends may call at McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston after 5 p.m. today.
Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with the Revs. Ted Wimberly, Jim Barnhart and David Beeson officiating. Burial will be in IOOF Cemetery near Charleston.
