SIKESTON -- Amanda F. DeField, 82, formerly of Sikeston, died Thursday, Aug. 5, 1993, at the Sells Rest Home in Matthews, Mo.
She was born Aug. 15, 1910, at Henderson, Mo., daughter of Robert W. and Susie M. Woodward Hunter.
She married Eldred O. DeField, Aug. 15, 1932, at East Prairie. He died Sept. 7, 1990.
DeField was a homemaker.
She was a member of the First Christian Church in Sikeston.
Survivors include a brother, Robert F. Hunter of East Prairie; three sisters, Ruth H. Wilson of Sikeston, Lela H. Hart of New Madrid, Susie Aycock of East Prairie; and several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call after 5 p.m. today at the Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston, with the Rev. Ed Pangburn officiating.
Burial will follow in I.O.O.F. Cemetery at Charleston.
