CHAFFEE -- Funeral Mass for Amanda Marie Enderle of Chaffee will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Ambrose Catholic Church. The Rev. Lewis Hejna will officiate, with burial in the church cemetery.
Friends may call at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee after 4 p.m. Sunday. The rosary will be at 7 by Daughters of Isabella.
Enderle, 89, died Thursday, Dec. 5, 1996, at Sikeston Convalescent Center.
She was born Oct. 13, 1907, in Oran, daughter of Emil and Bertha Metz Stubenrauch. She and Alvin William Enderle were married Sept. 6, 1926.
Enderle retired as a cook at St. Ambrose Catholic School. She was a member of St. Ambrose Church, Daughters of St. Ambrose and Daughters of Isabella.
Survivors include her husband; a son, Charles Enderle of Columbus, Ga.; a daughter, Bertha Hamm of Oran; two brothers, Herman Stubenrauch of Kelso, Barney Stubenrauch of Scott City; two sisters, Marcella Diebold and Stella Graviett of Oran; six grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandson.
