Alvetta Peck

KELSO, Mo. -- Alvetta M. Peck, 72, of Paducah, Ky., died Tuesday, Dec. 14, 2004, at her home.

Formerly of Kelso, she was the daughter of Charles W. and Laura Glasstetter Struwe. She married William A. Peck.

Peck retired from Clausner Hosiery Mill. She was a member of St. Thomas More Catholic Church in Paducah.

Survivors include her husband; a stepdaughter, Marilyn Ervin of Washington, Ky.; three sisters, Dorothy Hurst of Paducah, Charlene Arnzen of Cape Girardeau, Mary Ann Jackson of Chaffee, Mo.; and two stepgrandchildren.

Friends may call at Milner & Orr Funeral Home in Paducah from 5 to 8 p.m. today. Prayers will be said at 6.

The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church in Paducah, with the Rev. J. Patrick Reynolds officiating. Burial will be in Mount Carmel Cemetery in Paducah.
